Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment

• To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price is required. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the videos.
  

Communication

• Effective communication is essential. Clients are encouraged to respond promptly to requests for information, content submission, and feedback.
  

Footage Submission

• Clients are responsible for providing their wedding footage promptly and in a suitable format (as advised). Any delays may affect the project timeline.
  

Revisions

• Clients are entitled to one revision per video. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.
  

Delivery

• Final videos will be delivered in the agreed-upon format and within the specified timeframe. Delays caused by the client may result in revised delivery dates.
  

Copyright and Usage

• All videos created remain the intellectual property of the service provider until full payment is received. Clients may use the videos for personal purposes but are prohibited from commercial use or distribution without written consent.
  

Cancellation

• In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within seven days of the project's completion will require full payment.
  

Liability

• The service provider is not liable for any issues arising from the use of music tracks or copyrighted materials chosen by the client for the videos.
  

Privacy

• Client information and wedding footage will be handled with utmost confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of creating wedding videos.
  

Additional Services

• Any additional services not included in the agreed package may incur extra charges, to be discussed and confirmed with the client.
